BEFORE WE BEGIN
Service information.
A clear overview of how an initial enquiry can become an agreed website project.
Sending an enquiry
The website form starts a conversation only. It does not create a contract, guarantee availability or require you to purchase anything. We normally aim to reply within one working day.
Scope and proposal
Before work begins, we discuss your objectives and define the pages, features, content responsibilities, estimated schedule, revision process and total price. These details are confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement.
Timescales
Timescales depend on the agreed scope, the speed of feedback and when required content is supplied. Any estimate provided before discovery is provisional. Confirmed milestones are set out before the project begins.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate instructions, timely feedback, and any text, images, trademarks or other materials they have permission to use. Delays in these items may affect the delivery schedule.
Changes and acceptance
Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised schedule or quotation. Testing, approval, launch arrangements, support and ownership or licensing of project materials are recorded in the specific project agreement.
Cancellation and consumer rights
Any cancellation process and applicable refund terms will be stated before a project is accepted. Nothing in a project agreement is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
